Store Policy

Customer Care

In our desire for you to shop with us with confidence,  we offer a complimentary 12-month limited customer care or warranty on all the bags. Please let us know by emailing us at customercare@eucb.co.uk. Please indicate your order number, item description or sku no. and then we'll guide you through the next steps. In most cases, we’ll ask you to send us the bag, we’ll repair it and it’ll be restored to the same condition in which you bought it.

*Please note that we offer a warranty on bags only. The customer is responsible for sending in the bag for repair. Our limited warranty does not cover pre-existing signs of wear-and-tear.

Returns / Exchange
Refund Policy

All sales are final and we take great pride in our reputation, In lieu of your legal rights and in the most unlikely event  you have any issues with your order please inform your affiliate within 14 days of receiving your item.

 

Returning Condition

We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with your affiliate first.

The item(s) should be returned unused and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached. All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging.

Items that have been worn, damaged or washed are not accepted.

Sale Items

Item/s marked as "Further Reduction" cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a £20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment that you use when placing your order or in a form of “CREDIT NOTE” or VOUCHER for the purchase amount valid for 6 months.

Once your return item(s) have been received and inspected at our warehouse(s),

 

We will send you an email notification that we have processed your return payment.

EUCB takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item/s via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by EUCB.

 

Processing Time for Returns

Please allow us at least 7 business days for your return to be processed after our warehouse receives the returned item. You will receive email notification of when our team has received your return and again when it has been processed.
